Actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus (48) the star of the CBS sitcom The New Adventures of Old Christine, is showing off her six-pack and revealing her tips for staying fit in the April 2009 issue of Shape. Julia says, It all starts with breakfast.

“It’s hard for me to eat in the morning,” says Julia, who has two sons, Henry, 16, and Charles, 11. “But I recently discovered something I love: two eggs fried in olive oil and a slice of whole-wheat toast with honey. It tastes so good, and I don’t get crazy-hungry before lunch—that’s when I start to make bad food choices. I’ve found the key to healthy eating is finding foods you really like. That way you don’t feel ripped off when you can’t have a fattening doughnut or whatever you’re craving.”

Legend Eartha Kitt fans were left disappointed when the annual Oscars “In Memoriam” segment, which featured Paul Newman, Bernie Mac, Sydney Pollack, Heath Ledger, and others who passed away in 2008, Kitt, who died on Christmas Day at the age of 81 they failed to mention.

The “C’est Si Bon” singer co-starred in movies with Sidney Poitier, Nat King Cole, Sammy Davis Jr., over the course of her career.

“The producers are either 12 or have been living under a rock for the past 60 years,” Kitt’s fired-up publicist, Andrew Freedman, fumed in a statement to the NY Post on Wednesday. “It’s clear that they thought that publicist Warren Cowan was more of a household name. Go figure.”

I think they missed more then Eartha.
