The woman, who was raped by Roman Polanski, when she had 13 years, asked a California court to dismiss the case against Polanski, as the created publicity around the case caused her health problems and her job performance has been also affected.
Samantha Geimer states in the court filling, that she received just about 500 phone calls from media for comments upon Polanski’s arrest in Switzerland as well as for interview offers. The court filing has the following final words: “Leave her alone”.
Geimer is followed by numerous journalists who are after her for interviews and comments regarding Polanski.
