Actor James Wood has sued a Rhode Island hospital for the death of his younger brother in 2006.
Woods refused to give details about the lawsuit, but declared to The Associated Press that he is looking for justice for his brother, Michael, who died at Kent Hospital in Warwick of an apparent heart attack.
James Woods, who has been nominated for two times for an Academy Awards, declares that his brother failed to receive proper medical care.
Friday, a jury was chosen and the opening statements are due to begin Monday in Kent County Superior Court.
The lawyers of the involved parties refused to discuss the case while it is pending.
