Sylvester Stallone has been caught violating driving regulations by squeezing two children into the passenger seat of his customized car.
The Hollywood star was spotted in his Mustang on Sunday – 22 November 2009 – violating the California state law by having two young girls on the front seat of his car.
Detective Bill Bustos told Radaronline.com, “California law states you must have only one passenger per seat. Driving with two passengers in one seat is vehicle code violation 27360. You must have one passenger per seat belt.”
The California Department of Motor Vehicles also stated that the seat has only one seat belt.
Stallone is not alone, as other celebrities were also caught with various driving offences, for example David Beckham was snapped using his cellphone while driving his car last month – October 2009 – or the wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver was caught chatting on her handset.
