She bought her Benedict Canyon Drive home for $2.3 million back in 2001 at the time that she married singer Eric Benet, said the Daily Star. Nevertheless, according to RealEstalker.com, Berry is asking $5.1 million for the property. The home up for sale has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as landscaped gardens and stone spa.
