A home movie featuring a relaxed Marilyn Monroe appearing to smoke marijuana came out, found in an attic, 50 years after it was filmed.
The film taken at a private home in New Jersey was recently bought by collector Keya Morgan from the person who made the film. They both permitted Reuters to use the film in shortened form, as the copyright of the film will be sold on eBay this week.
In the film, Monroe is passed a cigarette and takes a puff but it does not seem to inhale deeply. The person making the film stated that the cigarette contained marihuana
Monroe seems to be happy and relaxed along with some friends, and Morgan based on the actress appearance dates to 1958 or 1959. Morgan said, “This is the late ’50s so she is already very famous, but this is a personal side of her we’ve never seen before. People have never seen her in such a relaxed pose.”
