Andrew Grande, 23, from Panama City Beach, Florida, also known on his stage name in gay adult films as Dustin Michaels, died after chocking on bags of marijuana he had swallowed as he was arrested by the police and being tasered.
According to WJHG report, the police have been called to the Executive Inn on front beach road shortly after 2 AM Friday, as Grande allegedly pushing a female friend. A crew from Zoo Productions filmed the events when the police arrived. As they tried to arrest him, Grande resisted and stuffed something in his mouth, according to the deputies. At that point, at least one of the deputies shot him with a taser. Grande removed the taser probe out of his body and that is when the deputies saw that he was chocking. They tried to save him, performing the Hiemlich maneuver unsuccessfully. At the arrival of the EMS, Grande was unconscious. The paramedics pulled a bag of marijuana from his throat, which was most likely the cause of his death.
