Mischa Barton was well bombed while shooting of “Law & Order: SVU” on Monday, reveals an insider, the cause might be her notorious partying.

As it was revealed, she is frequently forgetting line during filming scenes with co-stars Chris Meloni and Mariska Hargitay; according to the same source Mischa is been partying all over NYC.

The insider says, “She’s a regular at Antik. She usually comes late every Thursday and leaves late. A lot of times she’ll even go to another club after she leaves.”

Although it might not seem unusual for Barton, 23, to party, but she has a long history of big time partying along with substance abuse. In fact, in July she was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after allegedly having drug and alcohol caused meltdown in her apartment in Los Angeles. She was also in rehab earlier following her arrest for DUI in December 2007.

The source also says, “She’s been ‘off’ at work, and I’m not surprised, judging from how hard she parties. It’s scary to think what will happen if she keeps going out like she does.”

Barton might spend more time at home preparing for her filming, after all, the “SVU” project is something she needs. She was mostly out of work since her show “The Beautiful Life” was cancelled after only two episodes.
Barton is having other kind of problems too, as she is being sued over her $7,000-a-month rent in NYC. Her landlord claims Barton refuses to pay rent on her apartment in New York City.

In the lawsuit Landlord M.R.A. Realties Inc. says Barton failed to pay the rent for the last three month on the apartment in the stylish Tribeca neighborhood. The landlord is seeking Barton to pay the rent as well as all the legal fees involved.
