Monica Anna Maria Bellucci (born on September 30 1964) is an Italian actress and fashion model.

She was born in Città di Castello, Umbria, Italy and begun modeling at the age of 16, while she was still attending the Liceo classico. Initially she was seeking a career as a lawyer and modeled to pay for her education at the University of Perugia, but eventually her lifestyle drawn her away from law studies. She is fluent in Italian, French and Italian and semi-fluent in Spanish. Throughout her career, Bellucci had several speaking roles in all these languages, plus in Aramaic for her role as Mary Magdalena in The Passion of the Christ.

In 1990, she was married to fashion photographer Claudio Carlos Basso. Presently, she is married to actor Vincent Cassel, with whom she has two daughters. In 2004, while pregnant she posed nude for the Italian issue of Vanity Fair Magazine and posed pregnant and semi-nude once more for the April 2010 issue of the same magazine.

Alice Eve is in discussions for the role of Emma Frost in ‘X-Men: First Class,’ Fox’s relaunch of the Marvel Comics franchise, under director Matthew Vaughn.

Eve teams-up with Michael Fassbender as Magneto and James McAvoy as Professor X in the movie centered on Marvel-s suporpowered team X-Men in a younger incarnation than the earlier trilogy.

In comics lore, Frost was initially a villain, with the name the White Queen who in the end became a member of X-Men and then a teacher at Xavier’s School of Gifted Students. She is gifted with telepathic powers and as White Queen she used to wore scantily clad costumes.

Eve starred alongside Jay Baruchel in “She’s Out of My League” and also appeared in “The Decoy Bride.” She was also considered for the female lead in “Captain America.”
