Kim Kardashian talked exclusively with Shape regarding the constant challenges she faces to maintain her optimal weight and her self-confidence as high as possible. Kardashian, 29, has a fresh and natural look and the strategies to achieve them are easy to follow by everyone.
Have you even been wondering how Kardashian manages to stay fit? Well, regardless of how busy she is, she believes the one and only way to keep her weight under control and stay toned is to exercise on a daily basis.
“I have cellulite, just like almost every other woman on the planet,” she said. “And just because I feel secure with my body doesn’t mean I think cellulite is cute! It will always be an issue for me.”
To maintain her slim and curvy body and to manage her cellulite, she does a mix of cardio and sculpting exercises. Also, a couple of days a week, she works with Los Angeles trainer Gunnar Peterson.
