It is now officially over for Sandra Bullock and Jesse James.

They filed papers last week in Texas to complete their divorce after their almost five-year marriage and infidelity reports by James.

The Academy Award-winning actress, 45, filed for divorce in April in Austin, where she owns a home.

It was confirmed by Bullock’s rep that the divorce is now final.

According to Daryl Weinman, an Austin-based family law attorney, the settlement was most likely cordial “because there were no arguments back and forth in court or any filings.”

It is not known if the former couple had a prenuptial agreement, but James will not be eligible to spousal support, as in Texas a spouse must be married for at least 10 years to be entitled for support.

The divorce eases up the finalization of the adoption of her son Louis, as a single mother. Bullock “presumably worked out a private visitation agreement” for James’s kids, claims Weinman.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are married, according to his rep. The couple has tied the knot last week at the Four Seasons Resort on the island of Hawaii. It is same the same place they enjoyed a shirtless and bikini-filled getaway previously this way.

Fox and Green, who called off their engagement last year, revealed their intentions to wed again only recently, around two weeks ago. Megan reportedly lost her engagement ring, shortly after Brian proposed, but that didn’t interfere with their plans. Megan was vague about their date at her recent premiere of Jonah Hex, but she and Brian apparently were fully aware of what was in the store; good for them to make it all official.
