Eliza Patricia Dushku (born on December 30, 1980) is an American actress, famous for her television roles, as Faith on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. She also starred on two television series Tru Calling and Dollhouse, as well as on many films, such as True Lies, Bring It On, The New Guy, Wrong Turn and Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back.
She was born in Watertown, Massachusetts and attended Beaver Country Day School in Chestnut Hill, graduating from Watertown High School. In 2006, she traveled to Albania to visit her father’s family and also visited Kosovo during her stay in Albania.
She was cast in the lead role of Alice in the film That Night (1993). In the same year she got a role opposite Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio in This Boys’s Life. Her role in the film is considered to have opened a lot of doors for her. A year later, she appeared alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis in True Lies. She also appeared in Bye, Bye, Love and in Race the Sun.
