Actress Anne Heche has made public burglars broke into her LA mansion and got away with jewelry, computers and her eight-years-old son much-loved Wii.
She says burglars broke into the luxurious pad she shares with actor James Tupper last week, but it is yet unknown if anyone was home at the time of the burglary.
Heche, 41, told television show host David Letterman her son Homer from another marriage was upset by the disappearance of his Wii.
The actress, who starred in the remake of Psycho and currently appears in the television drama Hung, was a guest on the hit chat show on Thursday night.
‘Our summer has been so boring except that last week our house was robbed,’ she said.
‘It’s awful. There’s nothing in it now. Computers and ipods have gone. I don’t know if they knew whose house it was but now they do.’
Despite the burglary, she and Tupper, who have a son Atlas (one-year-old) together, are not considering selling the house. ‘Absolutely not. We’ll just buy more stuff and put it in there,’ she said.
