Director James Cameron has beaten his Titanic star Leonardo DiCaprio, to be named the most influential man in Hollywood.

The moviemaker of Avatar topped the Film Power 100 list in British newspaper The Guardian, with DiCaprio voted into third place.

Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg was named second best, while Disney & Pixar executive John Lassater came into fourth place.

Brad Pitt was ranked fifth, while his friend George Clooney was voted as the ninth most powerful movie man.

The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan, producer Scott Rudinm Quentin Tarantino and Britain’s culture minister Ed Vaizey also made the top 10.
