Anne Hathaway and James Franco To Co-Host Oscars
Author: Sami / Category: Celebrity NewsAnne Hathaway (28) and James Franco (32) have been picked by The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as hosts of Hollywood’s biggest night February 27.

Franco known for his Emmy nomination in “James Dean,” and costarred in the Oscar-winning “Milk” and he also delivered a memorable performance as a whacked out pot dealer in “Pineapple Express.”
Hathaway also showed off her singing talents at the 2008 Oscars with, Hugh Jackman making it one of the best award shows in the last decade.(Jackman reportedly turned down hosting duties this year due to scheduling conflicts in regards to his participation in the “X-Men” prequel.)
Hathaway’s newest film is the much-hyped “Love and Other Drugs’ in which she costars with Jake Gyllenhaal.
The 83rd Academy Awards will be live on ABC from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on February 27.
Do you like this year’s pick of Oscar hosts? I do, it is a much better choice then Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin disappointment last year.
