Charlie Sheen is set to avoid being charged by the police for his alleged drug use.
Following the current 36-hour drinking and drug binge the “Two and a Half Men” star is currently in rehab after he was hospitalized. Despite the claims that there was massive amounts of cocaine use at the party, Sheen will not be prosecuted by the Los Angeles Police Department.
According to gossip site TMZ, an insider at the event has revealed the drugs were “cleaned up” before the Los Angeles City Fire Department responded, to the 911 call made before the 45-year-old actor was rushed to hospital with abdominal pains last week.
Charlie was rushed to hospital because he was suffering from a hernia, porn star Kacey Jordan – who he allegedly paid $30,000 to party with – insists it was because he had OD on drugs.
Earlier today (January 31 2011), she revealed: “He did a tons of cocaine, the girls saying he snorts cocaine is a lie because Charlie Sheen only smokes cocaine, he loves to drink, first is the drinking until the point of oblivion and then comes the crack cocaine and he smokes that non-stop.
