Here is a look at the first two new posters for the upcoming prequel X-Men: First Class.

“X-Men: First Class” will be about the beginning of the X-Men saga, when Erik Lensherr and Charles Xavier  were  young men.

X-Men: First Class stars James McAvoy as Charles Xavier, Michael Fassbender as Erik Lensherr, January Jones as Emma Frost, Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw, Nicholas Hoult as Henry McCoy/Beast, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Caleb Landry Jones as Sean Cassidy/Banshee, Lucas Till as Alex Summers, Edi Gathegi as Darwin, Oliver Platt as the Man in Black, Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggart, Jason Flemyng as Azazel,and Zoe Kravitz as Angel Salvadore.

So what do you think of the poster art? I like it.

Actress Diane Lane (46) is going to recreate Martha Kent in “Superman: Man of Steel.”

Warner Bros. has confirmed Lane will play the adoptive mother of the Man of Steel, played by actor Henry Cavill. Lane is said to convey the “wisdom and wonder” required for the role.

Director Zack Snyder said: “This was a very important piece of casting for me because Martha Kent is the woman whose values helped shape the man we know as Superman.

“We are thrilled to have Diane in the role because she can convey the wisdom and the wonder of a woman whose son has powers beyond her imagination.”

Kevin Costner is expected to play Superman’s adoptive father Jonathan Kent, but his casting hasn’t been confirmed.

Zack admitted the film would see Superman as a “physical” character, but declined to confirm any further details of the plot.

He said: “I can’t really talk about that without being kind of specific. But I can say I think Superman needs to be physical.”
