Natasha T. Henstridge (born on August 15, 1974) is a Canadian fashion model who became an actress. She is mostly known for her roles on Species, The Whole Nine Yard and the television mini-series Would Be Kings. Recently, she played the role of Taylor Wethersby in the television series Eli Stone.

She was born in Springdale, Newfoundland and Labrador and grew up in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada along with her younger brother.

When she was 14, she was selected first runner-up at the Casablanca Modeling Agency’s Look of the Year contest. A year later, she went to Paris for a modeling career. She was just 15 when she was first featured on the cover of the French edition of Cosmopolitan. Next, she was featured on several other magazines and done a number of TV commercials for such products as Old Spice, Olay and Lady Stetson.

She debuted on film in 1995, on Species in the role of Sil. Her role won her the MTV Movie Award for “Best Kiss”. She also appeared in Species II (1998) as Eve. She next appeared in such movies as Dog Park and Bela Donna. She starred alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme in the movie Maximum Risk, in the film The Whole Nine Yards (2000) and its sequel The Whole Ten Yards (2004). She also had the lead role in the science fiction movie Ghosts of Mars (2001). She had a brief role in Species III (2004) as Eve.

The home of Academy Award-winning actress Penelope Cruz in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles is not impressive as most celebrity pads. The over 3,300 square feet house, which the actress shares with husband Javier Bardem and baby boy Leo Encinas Bardem, has been on the real estate market for over three months. It was initially listed for $3.695 million, but now the price has been cut down to $3.15 million. However, it is still a lot more than the average value of the Hollywood Hills homes of $976,400.

Cruz and her husband Bardem met in 1992 and co-starred in Vicky Cristina Barcelona. For her role on the film, she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. The actress bought the 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house in 2005 for $3.138 million.

The Hollywood Hills home was built in 1956 and it was fully redesigned in a Balinese-modern style featuring high ceilings and an open-floor plan.

It features carved-wood doors leading to a fountain, front entrance and private courtyard. It also includes French doors, huge floor-to-ceiling windows and bamboo floors. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The home includes luxurious tented cabana, in-ground heated pool and a large patio.
