On Easter Island, E.B. (Russell Brand), a teenage rabbit is set to be the next Easter Bunny, succeeding his father (Hugh Laurie). But, as he is frightened by the demands of the job, he runs away to Hollywood to become a drummer.
While he wonders in Los Angeles, his father sends his guards, The Pink Berets, to find him. In Los Angeles, as he tries to find a home, he is hit by a car driven by Fred O’Hare (James Marsden). Fred takes him until he recovers, but because the young rabbit causes trouble in the house, Fred tries to abandon him in the wilds. Although he ruins the job interview of Fred, he hears about an audition with David Hasselhoff. E.B. gets to the audition and performs for Hasselhoff. The star invites E.B. to perform on his show in a couple of days. As the Pink Berets have located the house, he fakes his death with a frozen turkey in a cook pot and leaved for the Hasselhoff’s performance.
