Hugh Laurie of House is the new spokesperson for L’oreal’s men’s skincare line.

British men now spending more on skincare than ever before. Laurie (52) has joined the league of Patrick Dempsey and Gerard Butler, who are already ambassadors for L’Oreal Paris. The talented TV star could be the perfect model to pull in men who are fearful their masculinity could be jeopardized by using cosmetics.
“At first I thought it was a mistake, but then I realised that L’Oreal wasn’t looking for models but for people with strong personalities, who are worth it…and who aren’t afraid to proclaim that using cosmetics can be a very masculine decision after all,” the Daily Mail quoted him as saying.
Here is A video of the House actor making fun of his new job.
What do you think of the idea of Hugh as a skincare spokesman? My guess he was thinking ahead because it looks like House is gonna end with the eight season.
