The model-turned-actress Amy Smart – with her upcoming marriage – has listed her home on the Beverly Hills real estate market for $1,399,000.

She made her major breakthrough into film in the comedy Varsity Blues (1999) opposite Van Der Beek and starred in other comedies, including Starsky and Hutch, Road Trip, and Rat Race.

Amy Smart and Carter Oosterhouse got engaged this April after dating for five months.

She bought her Beverly Glenn home for $699,000 in 2002. It seems that she wants a significant cash back on the initial purchase, as the listing price is higher with $700,000 than her purchase price.

The home was built in 1949, has a traditional style and boosts a living space of 2,000 square feet. The kitchen (now included new Wolf range and Sub-Zero fridge) and bathrooms were upgraded by the actress, with the help of her fience.
