Regis Philbin Lists Greenwich Home for $3.8 Million
Author: Sami / Category: Celebrity GossipRegis Philbin is famous as a talk and game show host for nearly a half century and currently holds the Guinness World Record for the most time spent in front of a television camera. Early this year, he made a surprising announcement that he will no longer host the morning talk show “Live with Regis and Kelly” after hosting it for nearly 25 years.

Regis is not making changes only in his professional life but also among his real estate properties. The Wall Street Journal announced that Regis listed one of his Greenwich, CT homes on the real estate market. The home has been owned by the 79-year-old star for more than 20 years and it is a French Colonial-style home on 6-acre. Regis and his wife, Joy purchased another home in Greenwich three years ago, despite the fact they spend most of their times in New York.
The Greenwich home was initially listed on the market in May for $4.195 million, but currently the price has been set to $3.8 million. It seems that Regis has been trying to find a buyer for his mansion for five years, as he first listed it back in 2008 for nearly $6 million. As he failed to sell it, the property was rented out. Now, he is making another attempt to sell the mansion.
The splendid home has 4 bedrooms, two family rooms, library along with wet bar, 6.5 bathrooms, tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and gazebo.
