A $2 million lawsuit has been filed against Insane Clown Posse for using copyrighted Halloween-themed music without permission.
Entity Productions which sells music licenses are suing ICP.
The lawsuit, filed on Monday in Ohio, claim the group illegally sampled portions of works created by the group Midnight Syndicate.
According to reports from AllHipHop.com, the company believes that seven songs were used without prior consent.
Entity Productions bosses are seeking $2.1 million in damages.
