Kim Kardashian claims she is insecure about her figure and basically has the same worries as anyone else.

The beautiful reality star says she is frequently worried about her curvy body and often makes efforts to feel good about her feminine shape.

She said, “I’m not always confident – of course I have hang-ups like everyone else. I’ve never been a big fan of my thighs, but I do love my stomach when it’s in shape. I work out with my personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, for an hour each day and do classes. But I enjoy running on the treadmill.”

Kardashian, 29, also admitted she used Botox, but she would think cautiously before having any kind of plastic surgery.

She tells Closer magazine, “I don’t worry about ageing. I might consider a ‘lift’ but women in Los Angles go too far. I don’t want to end up with big puffy lips and a scary stretched-back face.”

Kim also admits it is not always simple to stay away from junk food. “When I fancy a snack I reach for cookies. I’m a classic yo-yoer, but I’m always determined to get back into shape,” she sad.

Kim – who is set to launch a new clothing line K-Dash along with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney and mother Kris Jenner on September 10 – complained a week earlier she had certain difficulties in finding a dress suitable for her for the Emmy Awards on September 29, 2010.

Kim said, “My stylist Monica has some amazing choices . . . I haven’t fit into anything yet.”

Kim Kardashian claims her nephew is “the best birth control ever”.

The reality TV star enjoys being the aunt of seven-month-old nephew Mason – the son of her sister Kourtney – but acknowledges it’s put her off having children as she has seen how difficult it is to be a parent.

When asked about having children in the near future on the KIIS FM radio show, Kim said, “Let’s just say that Mason is the best birth control ever! I am definitely happy to wait a few years.”

Previously this year, she split from her boyfriend NFL footballer Reggie Bush and although she was linked to wide receiver Miles Austin, she claims she is now single.

She said, “I’m single and having a good time. I am living my life and there’s nothing I want to tell you. “I’m meeting some really amazing people and just trying to live my life, and I am definitely a lot more private than I was before.”

Shortly after her split from Reggie – also linked with soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo – recognized she is looking for a husband.

Kim said, ‘I’m on the market. This is a new life for me. I haven’t been single in years. I never thought I would like being single. I’m not the dating type. I’m a relationship kind of girl. The next one that comes into my life will be my husband.’ ”
