Paris Hilton made a surprise to her boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt, celebrating his birthday by popping out of a cake. The famous socialite’s appearance was accompanied with a hot pink costume and a black diamond mask.

According to the New York post, a source revealed, that Paris Hilton went trough all the troubles for the sake of her boyfriend’s birthday, and money was not an issue. The main thing is that he had no idea about the party and he was extremely happy.
