Heather Locklear, 47, was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara.

The California Highway Patrol found Locklear’s car parked on a state highway and blocking a lane.  Law enforcement officers say alcohol was not involved.

Locklear was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.  It has only been just two months after leaving an Arizona rehab center while battling anxiety and depression.

She was later released without having to post bail.

The mug shot is definitely not her most flattering look!

Posted on her Official Myspace page Brooke Hogan would rather be with her incarcerated brother.  At least that’s what the 20yr old singer/star says in a pair of faux “mugshot” pictures.

Khloe Kardashian is out of jail already. The reality TV “star” served 173 minutes for a DUI, which makes her more hardcore than Nicole Richie (82 minutes) and Lindsay Lohan (84 minutes). Not to forget most hardened criminal of them all Paris Hilton with 23 days.

“Khloe was prepared to serve her entire 30 -day sentence, if that was what the Sheriff’s Department ordered,” Khloe’s rep told “The Insider.” “However, due to jail over-crowding, she was released after a few hours. She was treated no differently than anyone else serving a similar sentence. Of course, she is happy to be out and she thanks the Sheriff’s Department for its professionalism. She now looks forwarding to successfully completing the terms of her probation.”
