Paris Hilton Cited For Traffic Violation

Paris Hilton Cited For Traffic ViolationParis Hilton luckily got away from the hand of the law on Tuesday (02 March 2010) as she was stopped by the California police for driving in a cyclists’ lane.

Police noticed the socialite with her SUV trying to overtake the slower cars by cutting into the bicycle lane on her way back from shopping on Santa Monica Boulevard.

Hilton was cited for her ‘unsafe passing’ but police officers did not charged her, she only got a warning for the traffic violation.

The hotel heiress was out for shopping spending thousands of dollars on Melrose Avenue in the Apple store.

While she got away this time with just a warning, Hilton hasn’t been so lucky all the time while driving, as she was sentenced to 45 days in jail back in 2007 for driving under influence charges.
